Her expert advice and experience helped keep my sites current and in good form. My Mom, Esther, was not feeling well the night of the reception but I was able to take her into the Lawrence Gallery for a private showing a few days later. She has encouraged me all through my Egyptian adventure.

The Lawrence Gallery opening on September 3, First Thursday was splendid. Many guests, many red dots, and an attentive audience very interested in stories about ancient pigments of Egypt.

Brisk Sales and Red Dots

 

In addition to the main collection of 12 paintings, I completed several 7x5 studies shown here. Most of these are painted on gold leaf and silver leaf panels. There were many red dots even before the show started.
